HOPE, Inc. was founded as a 501©3 non-profit organization in Grand Forks, ND in July of 1992 by Jim Steinke and a group of individuals who saw the need to assist families with physically and mentally-challenged children. The “HOPE” was to provide them with easy access to the latest technology for pediatric mobility.
